Bekaw

I just woke up and I should already be leaving for the ZS blood drive, but I'm going to be late so I can post. I take it upon myself personally that noone has been posting much. Except for kimalino bimbino. I know at some point I said she was no longer a member, but 704D is like the plague: It kinda sticks with you. I'm working on redesigning the main page, as it's a bit stale, but progress is molasses(y).

A pirate Adventure!
I met Kilgor and Metal J after work yesterday at The Vine. It's some fancy upscale wine restraunt that serves 500 dollar slices of cheese. They split a bottle of wine and ate some cheese like proper white folks and I drank a Budweiser. After that it was across the street for an exactly opposite atmosphere at the City Club. Hoosierriffic. Sucked down a few more beers and a Jagerbomb and then it was off to the Old Millstream Inn for a nitecap pr whatever you call it. I totally trounced Metal J at Golden Tee. I met a guy named Vic who's a food rep for US Foodservice and we talked a bit. I've never met a real Rep before, so it was cool to get a different perspective about the food business. I dropped J off at home, got some tacos and then went to bed.

I want to ride my bicycle.
I bought a new mountain bike a couple weeks ago. My beer gut is really starting to get out of hand. It's a really nice bike, and I'm really out of shape. I've been doing laps around my block but these muscles just do not care for it. A guy I work with is into biking, and as soon as I think I can keep up I'll start riding with him...

Messageboard!

The new messageboard is up! It's a Forum! It's in progress! (see you there!)

Compatablity

THERE are a lot of very useful things in this world that go well together. I'm not exactly talking about ice cream and chocolate, but more things of a functional nature. Computer peripherals are easier to install than ever before. Plug and play has finally become a very real thing, and not a hit or miss headache...

That's as far as I can type about that. I had this whole thing planned out, but the noise of my parent's television drives all congruent thought from my mind. Basically what I was going to say was that there are a lot of conflicts in my life right now. It's pretty damn annoying. My new belt is too wide so I can't wear my leatherman in a comfortable fashion. It also conflicts with my work belt. My work belt which I have been using a business card holder as a squeegee holder in a very incompatible way is annoying as well. It always falls out. My untrained legs are incompatible with my new mountain bike. My postal service is incompatible with my desire to get my Netflix movies soon enough. Worst of all, I think, and maybe the cause of my woes is my own incompatibility with the place I live...

I'm about to become rich! I read this article from Rob and then called these people! It's only a matter of time! Damnable mail system. Work has been okay, Tomorrow I have to get up an hour early to go out on one of the boom trucks. "Old Blue" or "Big Blue." The boom raises to a total maximum height of about fifty feet. Yes I have been all the way up in it. Yep. It's a little unsettling I guess, but much safer than being on top of a mast. Nowadays we use a safety harness. I like going and working outside but the tradeoff is that I have to be there an hour earlier. Big thumbs down for that. But I suppose the weather will be fine tomorrow, so I've got that going fr me.

Had an ARRG match this weekend. Kilgor, Johan and Secret agent 009 joined me as spectators. I didn't actually see 009 as he was disguised as a loud drunk guy but I received an email from him telling me he was there. After ARRG it was Riley's pizza, and then Some sliders. The next day Kilgor's dog Bob and I had a "nastiest fart" contest, which I won on shear volume. I played Need for Speed with Kilgor and helped watch his kids. Not a bad sunday. Lately that has been where I have felt most at ease. Like I can really relax. Even with the twins screaking or gurgling or whatever they do I can just zone out and chill. Really enjoy doing nothing. Everyone should have a first mate as good as mine.

BONUS:
Read the next line out loud.

Two peanuts are walking down the street. One is assaulted.

InVids

I'M always talking about internet videos when I'm at work. I'm sick of calling them "Internet Videos" though. So a co-worker suggested InVids. I liked it. Unless you, the internet, can prove otherwise, this is the new buzzword. You read it here first.

Speaking of work, someone mentioned Ghost riding the other day...

This is more Zombie Squad's style:

King Kilgor claims to know me B.Z. (Before Zombies) but really it's more like B.Z.S.. That reminds me, I really want to ghost ride the ZS van:
